Here are some ways each of these herbs have been used by indigenous communities of the Andes region of South America and what scientific research has found:⁣

Flor Blanca- Used traditionally by the indigenous people from the Andes of South America to address digestive and reproductive system disorders. In Ecuador, it is used to address vaginal yeast infections, ovarian cysts, swelling of the prostate gland and liver cleansing. ⁣

Fig Leaf – Scientific research has proven that fig leaf has the ability to increase sperm count in men. Several studies also indicate it contains anti-diabetic and tumor combatting properties. In Ecuador it is combined frequently with Flor Blanca for reproductive system cleanses. ⁣

Canchalagua - Traditionally, the indigenous people of the Andean region have used Canchalagua to address a variety of areas in the body including the kidneys, liver, urinary tract, reproductive organs, pancreas, skin & blood. Clinical studies highlight Canchalagua’s effectiveness at addressing skin issues such as acne and eczema. Canchalagua is most commonly used and recognized for its blood purifying, anti-fungal, and digestive cleansing properties.
