WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!

We are a small team working fervently on your behalf, unless you select overnight shipping please allow 5 business days to process your order. Expect processing delays during sales, holidays and big promotions

We ask that you be mindful on how far the sacred plant-medicine has traveled to be with you and practice the art of gratitude to the healers who have carefully sourced the herbs and to Pachamama as you welcome these gifts into your sacred space.  

COURIERS WE USE:
The couriers we use to ship within the United States are USPS and UPS. 

All international orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Express International or USPS Priority Mail International.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
There are many factors that may affect or delay international shipments such as custom regulations and weather conditions. 

Once a package departs from the United States to its designated country please refer to the post office or customs in your country with the tracking information for further assistance on locating your package. You can also call the International Inquiry Center at 800-222-1811 for tracking information.

The Electric Eats is not responsible for any lost or stolen items and a claim must be filed prior to receiving a replacement as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Keep in mind, Customs Fees are constantly changing for every individual country, we can not guarantee whether your country will or will not have customs fees added onto your order. These are rules and regulations governed by your country’s Customs and not The Electric Eats. 

MISSING PACKAGES 

Sometimes packages go missing, we completely understand. If your order has been marked as "delivered" and you have not received your package, you have 24 hours to notify us of the missing goods so we can work on your behalf to track it down or issue a refund if applicable. After the 24 hours we will not honor refunds.
