On your 1:1 Coaching Video Call we will review your health goals based on the assessment you filled out prior to your appointment (please see note below if you did not do this).

During your coaching call, we will discuss the following:

• Customized Wellness Plan: Personal Detox Protocol, Customized Dietary Plan, Supplements Specific To Your Journey, Holistic Practices That Can Help You, Lifestyle Practices To Enhance Your Vitality,  & much more.


At the end of our session, you will receive:

• General Wellness Guide: A guide on nutrition & wellness, food pairing, circadian rhythm, smart shopping tips, mindful eating tips, etc. will be sent to your at the end of our session.

• General Detox Guide: A guide providing general fasting guidelines & how to navigate through a detox properly ⁣will be sent to your at the end of our session.

To ensure we're the right match to support your health goals, every coaching session requires prior approval from our team AFTER you complete our Consultation Request Form. This process allows us to review if we’re the best match for you and have the bandwidth to provide the level of support you need.

Please note, that if you do not receive this confirmation we will have to cancel your appointment.

APPOINTMENT NOTES:
Please ensure you are on time for your call, as we want to respect appointment times for all our clients. If you are over 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will be required to reschedule a completely NEW one.

    Do you have physical hard copies?

    At the moment we ONLY offer digital ebooks.

    What file format are the eBooks?

    All our digital downloads are in PDF format.

    If I purchase an eBook, when do I have access to the files?

    You will receive an email to the email address you provided during the purchase. That email will contain a link to download the ebook. Be sure to check SPAM.

    How do I download a purchased eBook?

    Upon placing your order, you will receive an email with an option to download the eBook(s) you purchased.
