For every 2 cups use 1 tablespoon of Cat's Claw.

Bring water and herb to a boil. Then reduce heat to low, cover with a lid & simmer for 1 hour. Strain & serve. Kawsaypac ⚡️

NOTE: Since this is a bark, you can pull it apart and calculate approximately 1 tablespoon worth. Doesn’t have to be exact. Barks can be re-used between 3-4 times and still yield beneficial properties, so DO NOT throw away after your initial use.

Feel free to incorporate this herb into your routine at any time of the day. Many individuals prefer starting their day with it while fasting, while some find it beneficial in the evening before bedtime and those with delicate stomaches prefer to consume it 1 hour after eating water-rich fruit.
