Your wellness journey is personal, and we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

This 60 minute 1-on-1 consultation is your chance to ask questions, get personalized guidance, and receive real-time insight into how to move forward in your wellness journey — whether it’s detoxing, overcoming health issues, transitioning to a plant-based lifestyle, or optimizing your vitality.

We’ll review your health goals based on the intake form you fill out prior to your consultation, so please ensure you have completed our Consultation Request Form BEFORE booking a call with us.

During our call, we will dive deep into the key areas most relevant to you, including:

• Lifestyle changes necessary to optimize your health
• Detox strategies & personalizing your protocol
• Recommended herbs, supplements, & natural therapies
• Whole food plant-based dietary support

To ensure we're the right match to support your health goals, every coaching session requires prior approval from our team AFTER you complete our Consultation Request Form. This process allows us to review if we’re the best match for you and have the bandwidth to provide the level of support you need.

Please note, that if you do not receive this confirmation we will have to cancel your appointment.

APPOINTMENT NOTES:
Please ensure you are on time for your call, as we want to respect appointment times for all our clients. If you are over 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will be required to reschedule a completely NEW one.

This is a live 1 hour coaching session, so please come prepared to take notes.
