Pata de Vaca is a wild growing orchid tree that commonly grows around rainforests in South America, including the Amazon Rainforest.
This alkaline herb is traditionally used as a natural remedy to address diabetes in many countries including Brazil, Peru, and Uruguay. Many have gone as far as labeling it “vegetable insulin.”

For every 2 cups use 1 teaspoon.
Bring water to a boil, then turn stove off & add herb. Cover with a lid & steep for 45 minutes. Strain & serve.
